We would be lying to you if we said it's worth to invest in less then 4 sessions (during which 4 sessions you would not get an exercise program as only the assessments take a minimum of 2 hours and to learn a new movement you have to train your nervous system through performing at least 300 repetitions with good posture and optimal load, once you have learned a new movement incorrectly it takes 10 times more repetitions to re-educate the nervous sytem)!

The majority of people live an inactive lifestyle and when they finally take up exercise they do too much, or those who have always been active don’t adjust their workouts to the changes in their lifestyle and diet.
