Note: with regards to mobile phones, not all can display these files, please check it with the online store but the latest phones should be fine.
Caution: These workouts are performance level workouts, to tell whether or not you would benefit from a base conditioning program we would have to assess you. If in doubt, contact us and/or consult to your physician! We recommend at least 6 months regular exercise before starting the Ipod workouts

Do you have a room to hire and would like to get others moving? Our excellent freelance class teacher Aniko can teach a wide range of exercise classes from aerobics and step aerobics to core stability and freestyle pump.

Online Consultation

Lifestyle and diet is at least as important as being physically active and having someone to monitor you during workouts.
So if you live outside London or like our approach but 1 to 1 training does not suit you then its the perfect way to start your journey towards optimal health or take your routine to a next level.
Through the professional online system we use you can reach your questionnaires and messages through your profile and have us select an exercise program that suits you most according to your health, diet and lifestyle profile.
1 month subscription - £ 30
- includes: the lifestyle and diet evaluation
  in  the form of a pdf or doc file (appx 20 pages)
- email consultation once a week (gather all        your questions in one email and have our lifestyle coach to answer them over the weekend)
- exercise program (note: without assessments on movement, flexibility and posture we only can suggest a list of exercises you might try or practitioners you might benefit from visiting.)
