Note: with regards to mobile phones, not all can display these files, please check it with the online store but the latest phones should be fine.

Do you have a room to hire and would like to get others moving? Our excellent freelance class teacher Aniko can teach a wide range of exercise classes from aerobics and step aerobics to core stability and freestyle pump.

Come along and take advantage of the free outdoor playground for grown-ups

And of course have fun with our personal trainer, Mat who will show you how to get in shape by
using suspension straps, sand bags, tornado ball, medicine ball, and of course your own bodyweight to create a functional training enviroment that improves performance in everything you do from your daily tasks like lifting shopping bags, your child or boxes with a correct form to playing football or rugby on the weekends.
